Terms & Conditions

Singaporeans and PRs will require their SINGPASS app logged in for attendance. This is required for funding to apply. Please make sure trainees are aware of the login details before training.

By agreeing to the terms and conditions, I acknowledge that under the Assumed Skills and Knowledge criteria of SSG Training Provider, learners are in compliance to the following criterias:

  • Have basic knowledge of the relevant sector of work

  • Be able to listen, speak, read and write the relevant language at a proficiency level equivalent to Employability Skills System (ESS) level 3 and above

  • Be able to manipulate numbers at a proficiency level equivalent to Employ ability Skills System (ESS) level 3 and above

  • Be medically fit to work at height

Also, I understand that I may be contacted by Galmon's staff for other purposes such as equipment marketing.

 

For e-learning (if applicable):

  • Every trainee must have a tablet/computer/smartphone that is able to access the software
  • Every trainee must have access to Wi-Fi or adequate internet data at the place of his course attendance
  • All candidates need to switch on their webcams for the invigilator to monitor them while they take the online assessment

Payment

  • An e-invoice should be issued with the booking number by the next working day

  • Full payment must be made within two weeks from the date of invoice or before commencement of course, whichever is earlier. If the payment is not received within the stipulated period, Galmon reserves the right to forfeit the slot without prior notice.

  • For payment by cheque, it shall be made payable to “Galmon(S) Pte Ltd”.

  • It can be handed to Galmon’s Finance Department or mailed to: Galmon(S) Pte Ltd, 50 Tuas Ave 1, Singapore 639527 Attn: Finance Department

  • CashGIRO and online payment options are available. Proof of payment must be submitted to training@galmon.com or finance department by the stipulated period

  • For online payment via credit card, paypal or ibanking, you may contact our training department for more information

  • For SDF funding, payment must be made via company cheque or GIRO.

Reschedule and Cancellation

  • Rescheduling of courses can be made two weeks prior to the course commencement date at no charge. An administrative fee of $53.50 (inclusive of GST) will apply if the reschedule notice is received less than two weeks before the start of the course.

For course cancellation, please refer to the refund policy below:

  • More than two weeks before course commencement, 100% refund of the course fee

  • Two weeks or less but more than one week before course commencement, 50%refund of the course fee

  • 7 days or less before course commencement, 0% refund of the course fee

Miscellaneous

  • Galmon (S) Pte Ltd will not be liable for any failures due to enrollment in a course with an unsuitable language medium.

  • Trainees are required to bring their NRIC / Work Permits to attend the course.

  • If a trainee is found cheating during assessment, the trainee will be barred from the assessment and Galmon (S) Pte Ltd reserves the right to take necessary action.

  • Ownership and copyright of all course materials and documents shall remain with Galmon (S) Pte Ltd. Trainees may refer to the material for their own use only. The course materials shall not be copied, given, sold or transferred in whole or in part to any third party without written consent from Galmon (S) Pte Ltd.

  • Trainee feedback will be sought at the end of each course. They will also continue to receive post-course surveys from Skillsfuture Singapore after the course.

  • Galmon (S) Pte Ltd reserves the right to make any amendments to the Terms & Conditions, at any time, without prior notice.
