Learning Objectives:

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Explain the fundamental principles and definitions of work-at-height (WAH) to ensure operational safety.
  • Identify and apply relevant WAH legislation, including the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act and Approved Codes of Practice.
  • Select appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for specific work-at-height tasks based on their functions and limitations.
  • Summarize the specific regulatory requirements and standards governing the periodic inspection of fall protection equipment.
  • Assess PPE for common wear and tear, lifespan limitations, and expiry dates to determine its fitness for use.

Certification:

Galmon Academy will issue a certificate to those who attended and passed the course.
